Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the store, including merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized environment for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as outlined for the role.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
- Comply with company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior work experience in retail preferred.
