Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandised, and that customers receive exceptional service. This position offers 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $18.00 per hour. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers with shopping, cashiering, and provide exceptional service
• Collaborate with team members and report to store management
• Maintain cleanliness, restock shelves, and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to company policies, cash handling procedures, and security measures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Demonstrated customer service and cash register skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma preferred, retail experience a plus
