Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our warehouse team at Aldi as a 1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level employee. In this role, you will play a crucial part in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and report any concerns to management.

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Physical ability to lift and move products, work in varying temperatures, and operate industrial equipment.
