Job Description

Aldi is seeking a Part-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join our team. Our warehouse employees play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. This position offers an hourly wage starting at $23.75 and averages fewer than 30 hours per week. The role involves relocating merchandise, loading/unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Assist with warehouse inventory counts and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and management for process improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness and positive attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
