Job Description
We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Worker at Aldi with the starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour. The role involves selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, warehouse cleaning, inventory management, and collaborating effectively with the team and warehouse management. You will be expected to act independently within your delegated responsibilities, follow safety guidelines, and notify management of any quality, safety, or sanitation issues. This position requires you to be 18 years of age or older and demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
- Load and unload shipments strategically.
- Perform general cleaning duties and inventory counts.
- Cooperate and interact effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input for process improvement.
- Act independently within your responsibilities.
- Assist warehouse management in achieving goals.
- Follow safety guidelines and report issues.
Job Qualifications

Physical Requirements

- Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, and reach throughout the warehouse.
- Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
