1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

Join the Aldi team as a 1st Shift Warehouse Worker and be part of ensuring our products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week at a starting wage of $23.75 per hour. You will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas with thorough training and safety programs to support your success.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards through cleaning and organizing tasks.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Act independently and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and report any concerns.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
