1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join Aldi's dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse standards are met. Responsibilities

• Receive and relocate incoming stock accurately.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and product integrity.
• Ability to collaborate, adapt to challenges, and drive for success.
• Efficiently organize and execute tasks with attention to detail.
• High School Diploma preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift products up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
