Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a tidy store environment, and ensuring merchandise is stocked and displayed effectively.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, handle cash transactions, and follow company policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
  • Ability to operate a cash register and handle various equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
