Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Stock merchandise, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Conduct inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Comply with company policies, including cash management and security procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Skilled in operating a cash register and handling customer transactions.
  • Ability to use store equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
