Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for customers.
Responsibilities
- Stock merchandise, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Conduct inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Comply with company policies, including cash management and security procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Skilled in operating a cash register and handling customer transactions.
- Ability to use store equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
