Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of the store, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACTS Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Assist customers and enhance their shopping experience.
- Stock products and maintain neat merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register.
- Experience operating store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Retail experience is a plus.
