Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of the store, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACTS Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Assist customers and enhance their shopping experience.
  • Stock products and maintain neat merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register.
  • Experience operating store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Retail experience is a plus.
