Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of the store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized appearance to enhance the customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers and maintaining a welcoming in-store environment.
• Collaborate with team members to perform general cleaning duties and stock shelves neatly.
• Contribute to an efficient and accurate shopping experience by processing customer purchases and maintaining inventory.
• Communicate effectively with store management regarding product feedback, inventory, and any other store-related issues.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrated ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions efficiently.
• Proficiency in following company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and stocking protocols.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
