Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays with precision.
  • Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management.
  • Assist customers with their shopping experience and uphold company standards.
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
