Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have a seamless shopping experience. From merchandising and stocking products to providing exceptional customer service, you will contribute to maintaining the store's high standards.

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Process customer purchases and assist with general cleaning duties.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support a positive shopping experience.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and overall store operations.
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and security.
  • Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
  • Capable of safely operating equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
