Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment for our valued customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly arrange merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
- Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses
- Follow company policies and uphold document security
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
- Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
- Compliance with company procedures and standards
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
- Dedication to organization, attention to detail, and multitasking capabilities
- Fulfill state and local requirements for alcohol handling and sales
