Job Description

As a Customer Service and Stock Specialist at Aldi, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, cashiering, stocking, and maintaining the store's appearance. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and communicating effectively with team members and management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to improve store performance.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures to uphold operational standards.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle customer transactions and operate equipment efficiently.
