We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers by providing exceptional service, maintaining product displays, and upholding store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and adherence to ALDI's M.A.P. guidelines.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide outstanding service.
• Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with the management team.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on product quality and store issues.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain store security.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Experience in retail operations is preferred.
