Full-Time Assistant Store Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join Aldi's team. In this role, you will assist with day-to-day store operations, enhance team performance, manage schedules, and identify training opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store operations.
• Communicate job expectations to team members for optimal results.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper stock levels.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and address customer concerns.

Requirements

• 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience, with management experience preferred.
