Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Lead Store Associate to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing excellent customer service, ensuring store operations run smoothly, and fostering a positive work environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with store management on product feedback and recommendations.
- Supervise and support team members to maintain customer satisfaction and store cleanliness.
- Maintain a safe environment for employees, customers, and vendors.
- Maximize product sales through effective merchandising and inventory management.
- Lead and train team members on job responsibilities and company values.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is advantageous.
- Ability to operate equipment and perform general store tasks.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
