Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking product, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide outstanding customer service and uphold our company standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves and merchandise displays.
- Assist customers and enhance their shopping experience.
- Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
- Capable of performing general cleaning duties and following company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
