Job Description
Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate working 32-40 hours per week. As a Store Associate, you are responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to enhance the customer shopping experience. Collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and overall store operations support.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Assist customers with their shopping, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively
- Provide feedback to management on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Participate in store inventory counts and ensure compliance with cash policies
- Adhere to company policies, uphold security measures, and perform assigned tasks
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Experience in retail and customer service
- Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment
- Knowledge of company policies, excellent communication skills, and organizational abilities
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail experience preferred
- Combination of education and experience desirable
