Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
