Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and ensure document security.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
- High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
