Full-Time Store Associate
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to uphold company standards and deliver outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Provide feedback to improve product quality and inventory accuracy.
- Follow cash handling procedures and company policies.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to security measures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and adherence to policies.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail work experience is a plus.
- Combination of education and experience equivalent is welcomed.
