Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store remains organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team and contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
- Participate in inventory management activities and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Operate equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubbers, and cardboard balers proficiently and with safety in mind.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient and accurate operation of cash registers.
- Capability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
