Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This position offers a starting wage of $16.00 per hour and includes various responsibilities to uphold our standards of service and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to inventory management by monitoring products and participating in stock counts.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Capable of performing physical tasks like stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
