Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate! You will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with our team to ensure a seamless shopping experience. This position offers the opportunity to work 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. competencies and professional skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold company policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in cash register operations and equipment handling.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
