Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACTS Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring document security and confidentiality
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting items up to 45 pounds

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Interpret and apply company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Work independently and in a team environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
