Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join ALDI's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team, you will ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACTs Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
- Adhere to company policies, ensure document security, and maintain confidentiality.
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Capability to follow company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail work experience is a plus.
