Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and organized store, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their store experience.
• Communicate effectively with the store management team and provide feedback on products and inventory.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
