Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior work experience in retail preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
