Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies, and assist in various store operations.

Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of safely operating equipment and performing cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
• Meet state requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
