Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join ALDI, where you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing the overall customer shopping experience and satisfaction.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assist shoppers, and collaborate effectively with team members and management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and cash handling guidelines.
- Contribute to inventory maintenance, including conducting store inventory counts and monitoring accuracy.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
- Prior experience in retail settings is a plus.
