Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Cashier/Stocker, you will play a key role in enhancing the ALDI shopping experience by operating registers, stocking shelves, and providing outstanding customer service. You will collaborate with team members, uphold security measures, and ensure the store is well-maintained.
Position Details
- Job Type: Part-Time
- Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
- Operate registers, stock shelves, and maintain store appearance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Follow inventory procedures, adhere to cash policies, and ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Knowledge of retail products and services.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Demands
The role involves standing, lifting, and bending. Stockers should be able to handle products weighing up to 45 pounds.
