Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products on shelves.
• Operate cash register and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a secure and efficient store environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
