Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join Aldi, where you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience. As a full-time team member, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance, ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Perform cashiering, cleaning, and stocking duties efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management and adherence to company policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Experience in retail and operating equipment preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
