Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers by maintaining a clean and organized store, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately and neatly.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and work in a team environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
