Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Follow cash policies to minimize losses and comply with company procedures.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking, lifting, and operating equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and equipment.
• Interpret and apply company policies accurately.
• Demonstrate good communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
