Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, maintaining product displays, assisting customers, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Handle customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues.
• Contribute to inventory counts and cash management.
• Follow company policies, maintain security, and uphold confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Adherence to cleanliness and safety standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask.
• Compliance with state and local alcohol handling requirements.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
