Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment. Your exceptional customer service skills and ability to work collaboratively with our team will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
