Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-maintained, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the team to enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute to inventory counts and monitor accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to follow cleaning standards and company policies.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
