Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store layout
- Deliver top-notch customer service and assist shoppers with their needs
- Work alongside team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Participate in inventory management tasks and adhere to cash handling policies
- Execute general cleaning duties and uphold company standards
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to provide courteous and efficient customer service
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Prior retail experience is desirable
