Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. From merchandising to cashiering, your responsibilities will contribute to maintaining a pleasant and organized store environment.

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. competencies in your daily tasks.
• Assist customers with purchases and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
• Monitor inventory levels and help with store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operational skills for cash registers and various equipment.
• Experience in retail operations is a plus.
• Compliance with company policies and procedures.
