Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, your primary responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. You will work closely with our team, delivering exceptional customer service and upholding ALDI's standards.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays
• Assist customers and provide exceptional service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
