Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized and customer-friendly. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience.

$18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong customer service and cash handling skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Education and Experience

• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
