Job Description

Join our team as a Store Team Member at ALDI, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success. As a Store Team Member, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. competencies in daily tasks
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize store merchandise
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and uphold cash handling procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
