Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating with colleagues, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties to ensure a neat and organized store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in cash register operations and equipment handling.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
• High school diploma preferred.
