Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's success by maintaining a clean and organized environment, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with your team members.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills
• Process customer purchases and maintain the store's cleanliness
• Assist customers and communicate effectively with the team and management
• Provide feedback on products and inventory
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
• Capable of operating store equipment and maintaining cleanliness standards
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, prior retail experience is a plus
