Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store maintains a high standard of merchandising, customer service, and cleanliness. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and competencies as outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Support inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
• Comply with company policies while upholding security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
