Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
