Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Team Member, you will play a key role in maintaining store operations, providing top-notch customer service, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise products efficiently and maintain a clean store environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Handle cash transactions and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Participate in inventory management activities and provide feedback to improve store operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Ability to follow company policies, operate equipment, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
